2% Application Forms

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe requests community involvement on projects responsible to government entities. Please describe the request that you would like to present to Tribal Council for possible funding on the following page. When this form is completed, please submit the form to your appropriate governmental agency. Be prepared for further inquiries from the Tribal Council by having a complete copy of your project available.

NOTE: If your project includes multiple organization pariticipation and funding resources, a Memorandum of Understanding, signed by each board representative, must be attached to the application. The MOU must outline the responsibilities and amount of approved budget share for each organization. If one is not included the application will be considered incomplete and automatically denied.
