Week 2: April 6 – April 12 – Learn. Act. Change.
Focus: Establishing a shared understanding of sexual violence, its impact, and actionable steps toward prevention.
Wow! What a great turn out to last week’s Self-Defense Class event! Thank you to all who came and participated! And a BIG SHOUT OUT to our Tribal Police Department for empowering us with the knowledge to defend our health and well-being from harm if we ever needed to.
This week’s FREE event will be an Energy Healing Circle – Tuesday, 4/8/25 being offered at Behavioral Health from 5:30-6:30 pm, by the wonderful Debbie Peterson.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a nonverbal holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blockages and promote balance and grounding. Energy healing encourages the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.
Benefits of Energy Therapy: Relaxation, Stress Reduction, Fast Recovery from Injury, Pain Management, Enhanced Immunity, Better Sleep, More Energy, and Improved General Wellness.
