The SCIT Afterschool Program Visits Andahwod Elders

The SCIT Afterschool Program went to the Andahwod Continuing Care Community & Aging Services Center yesterday and joined over 30 Elders and community members for a rousing game of Bingo. It was a first time experience for many of them not only for the tutelage from the Elders on how to play Bingo but also for seeing the Andahwod Center. Their favorite part of the field trip was being able to win door prizes, however, the Red Arrow Pizza and playing with Bingo daubers rated quite high for the youth. Miigwetch to the Elders of Andahwod, Andahwod Administrator Gayle Ruhl, Andahwod Activities Coordinator Rhonda Quigno and their wonderful Andahwod staff for making our youth feel so welcome!
