Hagar Wayne Fallis, 96, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011 at her home.
Funeral services for Hagar will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, July 25 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Owen White-Pigeon officiating.
Interment will follow in the Square Lake Cemetery in Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 24 from 4-9 p.m. and on Monday,
July 25 from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodland Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Hagar was born on June 27, 1915 in Kalkaska, MI, the daughter of Louis and Elizabeth (Kequom) Bailey. She married Robert E. Fallis on January 31, 1937
in Pontiac, who preceded her in death in 1972. She was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and the Church of Christ. Hagar worked in
Oakland, MI, as an accountant for Sears for over 30 years. She enjoyed traveling and spending weekends at Pow Wow's.
Hagar is survived by her children, Robert E. Fallis of Milford, Guy Fallis of Mt. Pleasant, Judie Fallis of Pontiac, Kenneth M. Fallis
of Fenton, and Lorraine G. and Sparky Bergevin of Gladwin; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Hagar was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Fallis; daughter, Lynette Hermain Fallis; daughter-in-law, Sharene L. Fallis; brothers,
Sam Bailey, Lahey Bailey, Willie Bailey, James Bailey, and Perry Bailey; and sister, Nancy Bailey Coaty .
