Commission on Aging fundraiser
Joseph V. Sowmick - October 08, 2014
In an effort to provide bonus coverage, Team Observer joins with the Saginaw Chippewa Public Relations Department, the Isabella County Commission on Aging and Friends of Isabella Seniors as they host a dine and donate fundraiser tonight at the Italian Oven.
The Commission on Aging and Friends of Isabella Seniors will host a series of fundraisers every Wednesday in October at a local restaurant here in Mount Pleasant. Each restaurant will donate 20% of your bill to the Commission on Aging. All you have to do is show up with the attached flyer for that restaurant and eat the delicious food that you order.
“The Isabella County Commission on Aging does great work in our community and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe is always supportive of all our Elders living in Central Michigan,” SCIT Public Relations Director Frank Cloutier informs. “Many of their staff come out to support our Tribal events and we want to continue to help them through our 2% funding and their grassroots fundraising efforts.”
The fundraiser will run all day and only one flyer is necessary for a group. The fundraiser schedule is as follows: Wednesday October 8, 2014 – Italian Oven, Wednesday October 15, 2014 – La Señorita, Wednesday October 22, 2014 – Ruby Tuesday and Wednesday October 29, 2014 – Bob Evans.
