Klouse receives Educator of the Month honor 2-11-16

In an effort to provide bonus coverage, Team Observer joins with Tribal Education Administration in saluting their Outstanding Educator of the Month award winner,  Youth Achievement Advisor Kari Klouse.  Youth Leadership Manager Deb Smith and Education Administrative Assistant II Tasha Wemigwans presented the award.
