FCC/FAA Notice filing; following local and Federal requirements “The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe – Tribal Police Department” is hereby posting notice in reference to FCC Form 854 filing number: A1133181.

The geographic location of this tower is “South side of the Tribal Police Department” coordinates of: 43-36-12.52N NAD 83 84-42-32.44W, 760’ feet site elevation (SE), 144’ feet above ground level (AGL), 904’ feet above mean sea level (AMSL).

This structure is a newly constructed, self-supported 140’ tower. An aeronautical study has revealed that the structure does not exceed obstruction standards and would not be a hazard to air navigation provided the following conditions.

Based on this evaluation, marking and lighting are not necessary for aviation safety.

This determination concerns the effect of this structure on the safe and efficient use of navigable airspace by aircraft and does not relieve the sponsor of compliance responsibilities relating to any law, ordinance, or regulation of any Federal, State, or local government body.
