New Nimkee Reminder System!

Here’s what you need to know about the platform:

1. Initial Reminder: You will receive your first reminder at the

time of scheduling your appointment.

2. Second Reminder: 5 days before your appointment, you will

receive a reminder.

3. Final Reminder: A day before your appointment, you will

receive the final reminder.

It is important to Respond, Respond, & Respond!

If you do not confirm your appointment, our automated system will continue to

contact you. Rest assured, this is done with your best interest in mind. To avoid

continual calls/texts, simple reply “yes or no” with your appointment intentions!
