Tomorrow, October 17th, is National Wear Purple Day! Wear purple to show support for those who have experienced domestic violence and abuse and let them know that help is available for themselves and their families.

 

Also, Behavioral Health Victim Services has partnered with Mid Michigan College Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society in sponsoring - Why We Tell Stories a Domestic Violence event tomorrow evening, 10/17/24. The event will be held at Mid Michigan College, Mt. Pleasant Campus, in the Community Room from 5-7pm. There will be a few speakers including myself, Rise Advocacy, Director of Student Wellness & Counseling Amy Campbell, and keynote speaker Brandi Pols, the mother of Rowan Morey. Please join us!
