The Elder Services Program offers a variety of services to the elders residing in district one: case management services, transportation, outreach, community activities; and information & assistance.
In-Home
The Elder Services Program conducts annual home visits to assess elder needs; safety risks, home injury control measures and wellbeing checks.

Andahwod Continuing Care Community
Andahwod CCC is a tribally owned and operated elder housing community located on the Isabella Indian Reservation in Mt. Pleasant, MI. This 40 unit complex sits on five acres of beautiful countryside nestled near the heart of the Tribal community close to all the amenities the Tribe has to offer. Andahwod offers a variety of lifestyle choices for tribal elders:
