government-to-government-submissions on a far-reaching framework to regulate Great Lakes water.
SAULT STE. MARIE (AP)—Representatives of at least 75 American Indian Tribes gathered on Nov. 22 and 23 to seek a common voice in the debate over withdrawing water from the Great Lakes.
Saginaw Chippewa Chief Audrey Falcon will touch upon highlights of the current Tribal Council administration as well as share a vision for the following year during the State of the Tribe address on Jan. 30.
